By using StablePayx services, you agree to accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

StablePayx provides intermediary services for paying cloud service bills using cryptocurrency (stablecoins). Our services include but are not limited to: • Cloud service account top-up agency • Stablecoin payment processing • Bill management assistance • Customer support services We are not a cloud service provider and are not responsible for the quality, availability, or performance of cloud services.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Have full legal capacity • Not be on any sanctions list • Provide true and accurate identity information • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You are fully responsible for: • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of account information • All activities through your account • Ensuring cloud service account information is accurate • Updating account information promptly • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

All payments must: • Be made using supported stablecoins • Be sent to specified blockchain addresses • Include correct network and amount • Be irreversible once confirmed Top-up amounts are based on current exchange rates and discount policies. Once blockchain confirmed, payments are final and non-refundable.

You may not use our services for: • Any illegal or fraudulent purposes • Money laundering or terrorist financing • Circumventing sanctions or embargoes • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Harming our or third-party interests • Spreading malware or conducting cyber attacks

StablePayx and its related logos, content, and materials are our intellectual property. Without written permission, you may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content • Use our trademarks or logos • Reverse engineer our services • Create derivative works

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to: • Merchantability warranties • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement warranties • Uninterrupted or error-free service We are not responsible for any actions or inactions of cloud service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StablePayx and its affiliates are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business interruption • Data loss or corruption • Third-party claims Our liability is limited to the service fees you paid us.

You agree to indemnify and hold StablePayx harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: • Your violation of these terms • Your use of the services • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your service for: • Violation of terms of service • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Providing false information • Extended inactivity • Our sole discretion Upon termination, your access rights will cease immediately.

Any disputes shall: • First be resolved through friendly negotiation • If negotiation fails, be submitted to arbitration • Be governed by Singapore law • Be arbitrated at Singapore International Arbitration Centre You waive the right to participate in class actions.

We value your privacy. Your information use is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to our collection and use of your information according to the Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for service interruptions or delays due to force majeure, including but not limited to: • Natural disasters • War or terrorism • Government actions • Cyber attacks • Blockchain network failures
